Tomorrow we’ll officially be one week away from the first USFL game. The Birmingham Stallions will take on the New Jersey Generals to kickoff the inaugural season in a simulcast on FOX and NBC.
One thing that spring leagues have been known for was testing new innovations. The USFL does not seem to be the exception to the rule. Just now on Twitter, the league announced that two players from each team will be wearing a helmet cam during every game this season.
See the game like NEVER before.

Thankfully, along with the news the USFL shared a video of the first-person view we can look forward to.
The league recently released their ruleset for the upcoming season, which we saw subtle tweaks to the traditional game of football. Overall, most fans seemed to be pleased with what they saw. With this latest announcement, fans will have another new aspect of the game to look forward to.
We don’t expect that we’ll see the helmet came used often in real-time. But, you can bet that these will come in handy for a replay after a bigtime play.
There’s a lot of anticipation for the season, and this is just the cherry on top.
