Tae Hayes, a defensive back for the Birmingham Stallions, is headed to the NFL. Hayes was a solid corner for the Stallions in 2022, and has now signed a contract with the Carolina Panthers.

During the USFL’s season, Hayes was spectacular. He posted 37 tackles, and an interception, in ten games for Birmingham.
On top of that, he was an integral piece to their Championship run. During the semi-finals game against the New Orleans Breakers, Tae made a clutch interception right before halftime, shutting down an important Breakers drive.

Hayes went on to win the Championship with Birmingham, as they defeated the Philadelphia Stars to take home the inaugural trophy.
He has spent time in the NFL before, playing with the Minnesota Vikings, Miami Dolphins, and Jacksonville Jaguars. Now, he gets to pursue his NFL dreams with the Panthers, due to his sensational performances in the USFL.
